Projectors-n-more, LLC will gladly accept the return or the exchange of product items that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply to defective items.

Customers must notify a Projectors-n-more, LLC sales representative of any damaged products received within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Projectors-n-more, LLC will refund the full cost of defective merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the item returned is not defective or a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) and up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the original item price in addition to the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

All returns and exchanges MUST INCLUDE an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Customers should fill out the online Return Merchandise Authorization Form and submit it to initiate a return and to get specific return instructions.  An RMA number will be issued and sent to you by email along with a pdf return address label for you to print and clearly attach the label to the outside of the box. The customer must supply the tracking number for the returned item in order to ensure the return is processed in a timely manner.

Once an RMA number is issued, you have seven (7) days to initiate the shipment of returning the item. If the item is not returned within that time period, the RMA is voided and a new RMA number must be requested and reapproved.

If an item is returned without an RMA number, we reserve the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) and up to twenty-five percent (25%) of the original item price in addition to the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as sold, including all product accessories, literature/instructions, and blank warranty cards. Please do not write or place any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer’s packaging. If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. If credit is issued towards future purchases, the credit must be used with one (1) year of the date that credit was issued.
