Product descriptions and pricing.
Projectors-n-more, LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible with regards to descriptions and pricing, but does not warrant that the product descriptions, pricing or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Projectors-n-more, LLC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced or mislabeled. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Security.
We believe in providing a safe and secure experience for all of our online visitors. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We maintain reasonable physical and electronic safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information and to protect you against the criminal misuse of that information. Credit Cards. 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders. 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy. 
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Projectors-n-more, LLC, reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products. 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within one business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Other Conditions. 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Projectors-n-more, LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Limitation of Liability. 
Projectors-n-more, LLC shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in any connection with the purchase or use or the products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any claim based on indemnity or contribution, or the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

Warranties. 
Merchandise includes the manufacturer’s standard warranty (please confirm warranty coverage at the time of your purchase). Projectors-n-more, LLC offers no additional warranty and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 

Goods Damaged During Shipment. 
We request the following when you suspect items have been damaged during transport:
      √  Do not sign a clear receipt for damaged or missing cartons or there will be no basis for a claim.
      √  If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier’s pro bill and have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation.
      √  In case of concealed damage, inspection by the carrier must be requested within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
      √  Retain a copy of the inspection report in your records.
      √  Keep all merchandise, packing materials, and boxes with the damaged product at the location to which it was delivered. Do not throw anything away. Cooperate and follow up as necessary to secure the final settlement.
      √  Immediately notify a Projectors-n-more, LLC sales representative of all damages. 

Taxes.
Projectors-n-more, LLC  is required to charge Sales/Use Tax on purchased products and shipment costs within the State of California of 7.50%. An additional .50% District Tax is charged on purchased products and shipment costs placed within the District of Orange County. The customer is responsible for paying any required sales and/or use taxes in all other states. Customers with valid tax exemption certificates may contact Projectors-n-more, LLC  by email or by phone prior to submitting their order.
